Requirements
• Expert in AI/ML principles, multiple programming languages, and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA). • Strong experience with open-source frameworks, modern development practices, and cloud/on-prem integrations. • Skilled in designing scalable, stable, and cohesive architectures across software, infrastructure, and data. • Writes clean, maintainable code and follows industry best practices. • Proven technical leadership: influences architecture, mentors teams, and drives best-practice engineering. • Agile experience, including pair programming, code reviews, and testing. • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills, engaging both executives and engineers. • Pragmatic and adaptable, balancing innovation with delivery.
Responsibilities
• Develop and implement AI/ML solutions to improve business processes within the organization's tech stack. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, data science, engineering, design, marketing, sales, customer success, legal, compliance, HR, finance, operations, facilities, and procurement in AI/ML projects to ensure alignment of business goals and technical feasibility. • Lead the creation of a scalable ML pipeline that can handle increasing data volumes while maintaining high performance standards for real-time analytics applications within our organization's tech stack. • Design, develop, test, deploy, monitor, optimize, troubleshoot AI/ML models and systems to ensure they meet business objectives with minimal bias or error; provide technical support as needed by other teams using these solutions in their workflows. • Conduct research on emerging trends within the field of artificial intelligence (AI) & machine learning (ML), including deep learning, natural language processing, computer vision and robotics to identify opportunities for innovation that can benefit our organization's business goals; present findings at internal meetings or workshops as appropriate. • Participate in code reviews with peers on AI/ML projects within the team & across other teams working towards similar objectives, providing feedback and suggestions to improve quality assurance practices while ensuring best coding standards are followed throughout development lifecycle; contribute back by sharing knowledge gained through experience or research findings when appropriate. • Maintain up-to-date understanding of relevant industry trends related specifically within our organization's tech stack & broader AI/ML landscape so that I can provide informed recommendations regarding future directions for development efforts based on market demand; stay abreast through reading publications such as IEEE Spectrum, MIT Technology Review or Wired Magazine among others. • Actively seek out new opportunities within our organization's tech stack where AI/ML solutions could be applied to improve efficiency & effectiveness across various departments including product management; marketing , sales etc.; propose potential projects along with business case analysis demonstrating expected ROI for senior leadership consideration prior approval process before committing resources towards implementation efforts. • Collaborate closely working alongside other engineers within our team on complex AI/ML problems requiring interdisciplinary knowledge across multiple domains including computer science, mathematics & statistics; provide technical guidance when needed during problem solving sessions or one-on-one discussions with peers seeking advice regarding specific challenges faced while developing solutions using various tools available today such as TensorFlow , PyTorch etc.. • Participate actively in internal knowledge sharing events like hackathons, tech talks & workshops where I can present my research findings or demonstrate hands-on experience working through real world problems util
