Requirements

Responsibilities
• Lead end-to-end delivery of tax and legal projects, defining objectives, timelines, budgets, and success metrics. • Develop detailed project plans; establish clear ownership and prioritization; monitor progress and report status to senior stakeholders. • Manage outside tax counsel and other advisors, including scoping engagements, tracking deliverables, and monitoring spend against budget. • Document and improve legal and tax processes; design operating models for new structures, regulatory requirements, and compliance initiatives; identify opportunities for efficiency and risk reduction. • Communicate clearly with senior leadership, providing concise updates, sound recommendations, and managing change to ensure adoption of new processes. • Mentor junior team members or analysts supporting legal and tax workstreams. • Provide additional support to the broader Legal team on operational or strategic initiatives as needed.
Benefits
• Base Salary $150K – $175K • Offers Bonus • The listed base salary range for this position is based upon the location(s) of this posting. Individual salaries are determined through a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and geography.
