Requirements
• Bilingual Mastery: 100% fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English (written and verbal) is strictly required to communicate with overseas partners. • Experience: 3–5+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, Manufacturing Coordination, or Project Management. • Analytical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel/Spreadsheets for managing high-volume data and logistics tracking. • Global Mobility: Ability and willingness to travel internationally (Asia, Mexico) and domestically (Bay Area, New Orleans) approximately every 2 months. • Onsite Availability: Ability to work onsite daily at the Houston/Stafford facility. • ERP Proficiency: Previous experience using NetSuite or similar enterprise resource planning systems. • Industry Background: Experience in consumer goods, paper/plastic packaging, or high-volume retail manufacturing. • Visa Status: While this role is for a U.S. employee hire, the company is open to candidates seeking future green card sponsorship after a proven period of employment.
Responsibilities
• Supply Chain & Project Management • End-to-End Oversight: Manage the full lifecycle of supply chain projects, from raw material sourcing in Asia to manufacturing and U.S. distribution. • Global Coordination: Act as the central link between overseas factories, the Houston operations team, and the Bay Area leadership. • Workflow Optimization: Analyze lead times, packaging conversions, and logistics costs to improve margins and operational efficiency. • Customer Coordination & Account Management • Client Interface: Serve as the "Voice of the Company" for key accounts, providing real-time updates and resolving complex project hurdles. • Commercial Support: Partner with sales leadership to manage inbound demand from large retail clients, ensuring high responsiveness and professional excellence. • Relationship Building: Represent the company at client sites and meetings - domestic and international. • Vendor & Factory Relations • International Collaboration: Maintain and troubleshoot relationships with manufacturing partners in China, Taiwan, and Mexico. • Local Network Expansion: Support the growth of the local U.S. supplier network to diversify procurement
