• Be the first point of contact for internal support questions in Slack and in person. • Deliver laptop onboarding sessions for new joiners and ensure they have all the hardware and accounts they need • Manage our macOS and Windows devices using Fleet • Administer Google Workspace and our other SaaS tools, managing accounts, permissions, and licences • Make repeat tasks simpler through automation, sensible defaults, and clear documentation • Clear communication with people of different technical backgrounds, including talking someone through an unfamiliar setup or problem. • AS A PERSON, YOU… • Enjoy helping people and making it easy to ask for help, however small the question. • Are excited to work in-person from our office in London (most of the time) • Love working in a startup environment (you either have experience working in a startup or are really drawn to the zero-to-one phase) • Value working with people who are kind, ambitious, and pragmatic • Are comfortable with a day shaped by incoming requests, balancing urgent problems with work that prevents the next one.
