Requirements
• 1-10+ years of consulting, business operations, or investment banking experience • Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight • Strong analytical skills • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills and ability to present to external stakeholders • Experience working cross-functionally and influencing without authority • Self-starter with strong attention to detail and an ownership mentality • You worked at a start-up • You’re passionate about healthcare
Responsibilities
• Lead high-impact, cross-functional strategic projects from ideation to execution • Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making • Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities • Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability • Support change management efforts related to new systems, tools, or workflows
