Requirements
• A proven track record in Consumer hardware, managing high-growth, complex retail environments. • Strong understanding of Revenue Growth Management and P&L drivers. • A crypto or consumer tech enthusiast. You must be eager to master the Ledger ecosystem (Secure Element, Self-Custody) to speak as an expert to partners. • "Power User" of LLMs and AI tools to automate reporting and simulate negotiation scenarios, increasing your operational velocity. • Fluent in English and French. Responsibilities
• Deliver results and Strategic Ownership • Drive P&L-focused growth by optimizing and prioritizing investment (margins, MDF, promotions) to maximize ROI and top-line revenue. • Transition beyond tactical sales to build 3-year Joint Business Plans (JBP) and expansion strategies that align Ledger’s goals with partner capabilities. • Operational Excellence & Data Rigor • Maintain 100% data hygiene in our tools • Deliver synthetic, impactful insights that explain the why behind the Sell-out and Share of Business (SOB) data to anticipate market shifts, ensuring accountability for stock health and availability. • Lead complex, multi-layered negotiations for terms and product launches with top-tier global retailers and distributors. • Influence & Leadership • Independently coordinate with rest of Ledger’s teams (Brand Marketing, Product, and Supply Chain teams …) regional plan to grow hardware sales. • Map and influence multi-level stakeholders (C-Level, Category Managers, Supply Chain) within your partner organizations to ensure Ledger remains a "Must-Have" brand. • Solve complex issues independently using structured methods bringing recommendations to the Director rather than problems.
