Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or related field • Proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel, including formulas (e.g. VLOOKUP, SUMIF, COUNTIF) and pivot tables. • Strong numerical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy. • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and explain variances. • Structured, data-driven approach to problem solving. • Clear and concise written communication skills. • Eagerness to learn and develop within a Finance & Strategy environment. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. • Team-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude. • Internship or academic project experience in finance, business, or data analysis (preferred).
Responsibilities
• You’ll be joining the Finance & Strategy team. • Maintain and update performance datasets used by the team. • Ensure accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses. • Contribute to improving reporting processes and templates where possible. • Populate the weekly business review template with the latest performance data. • Analyze key metrics and highlight trends or anomalies. • Draft clear, fact-based commentary explaining performance drivers. • Track actual performance against targets or prior periods. • Investigate and explain key variances using data and business context. • Summarize findings for the wider Finance & Strategy and UAE Leadership team.
