Requirements
• Passion for modern software development principles and empowered, self sufficient, high performance, product teams. • Hands-on experience architecting and scaling AWS environments, with an understanding of Kubernetes and Serverless patterns to build resilient, cost-effective, and scalable infrastructure. • A proactive mindset toward reliability, utilising our monitoring stack for deep system insights and incident.io http://incident.io to foster a healthy, blameless culture of incident response and continuous improvement. • Champion Infrastructure-as-Code first approach ensures that our ecosystem is automated, reproducible and consistent with Terraform being our main tool of choice. • Proficiency of python preferred to support our mindset of automation first engineering to keep toil down and produce reliable outputs consistently. • Mature AI outlook with solid experience in using (personal projects are fine!) and an understanding of how best it can deliver value. • We’re building a place where everyone truly feels they belong.
