Requirements

Responsibilities
• Platform Architecture & Development • Design, implement, and maintain scalable platform services and APIs • Lead delivery of roadmap-critical platform capabilities including Property Graph and integration surfaces • Evaluate architectural tradeoffs to ensure reliability, scalability, and extensibility • Integration & Ecosystem Enablement • Build and improve APIs and plugin frameworks enabling partner integrations • Ensure integrations operate reliably across customer environments • Improve visibility and monitoring across integration workflows • Reliability, Observability & Performance • Improve platform reliability, observability, and application performance • Use production telemetry and monitoring data to diagnose and resolve performance issues • Reduce operational overhead and improve system resilience • Cross-Team Collaboration • Work closely with Product Engineering leads and stakeholders to deliver platform capabilities • Support cross-team execution for growth and retention initiatives • Collaborate with product leadership and engineering stakeholders • Production Ownership • Participate in incident response and root-cause analysis • Implement preventative improvements based on operational learnings • Ensure safe rollouts and strong production outcomes • What were looking for
