Requirements

• User Interface (UI) Design & Prototyping: Design and deliver pixel-perfect, high-fidelity UI mockups, screens, and components for web platforms and digital products. Create interactive prototypes (e.g., in Figma) to demonstrate interaction models and validate design solutions within the brand framework. • User Interface (UI) Design & Prototyping: • Web & Landing Page Design: Lead the design of key marketing assets, including high-conversion landing pages, email templates, and brand websites. Focus on leveraging UX principles to optimize these experiences for effectiveness and brand alignment. • Web & Landing Page Design: • Visual Assets for Digital Campaigns: • Complexity and Impact of Work • Design System Contribution & Maintenance: Collaborate on the development and maintenance of the Digital Design System and UI component library. Ensure all components are on-brand, accessible, and scalable for use by product and development teams. • Design System Contribution & Maintenance: • Organizational Knowledge • Industry & Design Evolution: Stay ahead of the curve on the latest UI/UX trends, design technology, and digital design best practices. Continuously monitor the cryptocurrency and blockchain landscape to ensure the brand’s digital presence remains innovative and competitive. • Industry & Design Evolution: • Communication and Influence • Cross-Functional Brand Alignment: Work closely with Product and Development teams during implementation (handoff) to ensure the final product build perfectly matches the approved design and visual brand standards. Act as the brand’s consultant on all digital design decisions. • Cross-Functional Brand Alignment: • You may be a fit for this role if you have: • 8+ years of experience in web design and knowledge of UI/UX. • The ability to take ownership of the design process, think holistically, and articulate design decisions that deliver both user and business value. • The ability to balance creative and strategic elements to enhance brand recognition and engagement across platforms. • Excellent communication and proven ability to lead in cross-functional environments. • Worked alongside cross-functional teams, including marketing, development, and product teams, to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs. • The ability to give and receive feedback • Some special combination of the following: creative, humble, detail-oriented, self-aware, curious, thoughtful, and tenacious. • A compelling portfolio of work that demonstrates high-quality design work • Experience in designing for tech industry • Although not a requirement, bonus points if you: • Are knowledgeable about current design and cryptocurrency trends, with the ability to propose and implement innovative design solutions that keep the brand relevant. • Have animation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design branding elements for digital platforms to enhance user experience and engagement. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, developers, product managers, content creators, marketers, customer service representatives, sales professionals, business analysts, data scientists, etc., as needed by the project scope or client requirements to ensure a cohesive and user-friendly digital brand experience. • Conduct research on competitors' websites for inspiration while maintaining originality in design approach. • Create wireframes, prototypes, mockups, interactive demos of web pages/sites using tools like Sketch or Adobe XD to visualize and test the user interface (UI) before development begins. • Develop a comprehensive brand style guide that includes color palette, typography guidelines, imagery assets, iconography standards, etc., for consistent application across all digital platforms within scope of work. • Implement design changes based on client feedback and iterate designs to improve user experience (UX) while maintaining alignment with overall business objectives and brand identity. • Participate in regular meetings or stand-ups with cross-functional teams, present progress updates, discuss challenges faced during the project lifecycle, provide solutions for issues encountered by team members working on related aspects of a digital platform's design/development process to ensure smooth workflow among all parties involved. • Stay informed about emerging trends in web branding and UX best practices through continuous learning opportunities such as workshops or conferences; apply relevant insights into current projects when appropriate while maintaining alignment with client objectives at hand during each phase of design/development process under review by human decision makers using AI tools for initial screenings only. • Communicate effectively via email, phone calls (if necessary), video conferencing platforms like Zoom or Skype depending on project needs; provide timely responses to queries from clients regarding progress reports while maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions with stakeholders involved in decision making processes related directly tied back into final hiring decisions made by humans after review through AI tools used during initial screenings only. • Attend industry events such as conferences or meetups where possible; network within local/regional communities when appropriate while maintaining professionalism throughout all interactions with stakeholders involved in decision making processes related directly tied back into final hiring decisions made by humans after review through AI tools used during initial screenings only. • Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared across teams working on digital platforms within scope of work; adhere strictly to company policies concerning data privacy and security measures implemented throughout entire project lifecycle under human decision makers' final approvals after review through AI tools used during initial screenings only. • Ensure all deliver
