Responsibilities
• Lead the development and management of AI products within our company to ensure they meet market needs and are user-friendly. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineers, designers, data scientists, product managers, customer success specialists, sales representatives, business analysts, marketers, legal counselors, HR professionals to align AI products with company strategy and market demands. • Conduct user research to understand the needs of our target audience for new or existing AI solutions. • Develop a roadmap that outlines product features based on customer feedback and business objectives. Prioritize this list in consultation with stakeholders, including senior management and customers themselves when appropriate. • Oversee all aspects of the development process from ideation to launching new AI products or updates for existing ones. This includes managing timelines, budgets, resources, and ensuring that deliverables meet quality standards. • Monitor industry trends in artificial intelligence technology and assess their potential impact on our business strategy and product roadmap. Stay informed about emerging technologies to ensure we remain at the forefront of innovation within AI products. • Communicate regularly with senior management, cross-functional teams, customers, partners, vendors, investors, regulators, etc., regarding progress on projects or initiatives and any issues that arise during development processes. • Represent our company in industry events such as conferences, meetups, hackathons, webinars, workshops to network with potential clients/partners while also staying abreast of new developments within the AI field at large which could impact how we design or market products moving forward. • Maintain a strong understanding of legal and ethical considerations related specifically towards artificial intelligence technology including privacy laws such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation), CCPA (California Consumer Privacy Act) etc., along with any other relevant regulations that may affect how we develop or market our products. • Develop strategies for effective communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders to ensure everyone understands the capabilities, limitations, risks associated with AI technology being developed/deployed by us at all times throughout its lifecycle (from conception through deployment). • Identify potential partnerships or collaborations that could benefit our business goals while also ensuring these relationships align closely enough so as not to dilute brand identity nor compromise customer trust in any way whatsoever.
