Responsibilities
• Conduct video calls with candidates to perform impostor checks and identity verification. • Ask and assess a defined set of Modern Slavery and vetting -related questions during candidate interviews. • Use Firstwork, an AI-powered verification tool, to support and document candidate assessments. • Ensure all checks are completed accurately and in line with UK recruitment and compliance regulations. • Meet clear productivity targets (calls per hour/day /week) while maintaining high quality standards. • Provide structured and continuous feedback to improve AI tools and verification processes. • Flag potential compliance risks or inconsistencies detected during candidate checks. • Work independently in a fully remote environment. • ## A successful candidate will have: • High level of digital literacy and confidence working with computers, software, and AI-based tools • Comfort working with repetitive tasks and performance-based targets • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes consistently • Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting video calls • Ability to provide clear, actionable feedback to improve tools and processes • Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working setup • Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote role
