Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, demand generation, integrated campaigns, and ABM. • Proven ability to execute marketing programs that are aligned to strategic business goals and deliver measurable results. • Strong understanding of B2B demand gen and ABM frameworks. • Skilled at leading through influence and alignment across cross-functional stakeholders to drive coordinated campaign execution. • Experience partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, and Revenue Operations on pipeline generation, acceleration and account engagement strategies. • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to convey plans and direction clearly across teams. • Experience in B2B SaaS or high-growth technology environments strongly preferred. • Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 4: • Zone 1: San Francisco/Bay Area or NYC Metropolitan Area, Boston, Seattle - $108,000 - $149,000** • Zone 2: Irvine, LA, Monterey, Santa Barbara, Santa Rosa, Austin, Portland, Philadelphia, Chicago - $97,000 - $134,000** • Zone 3: All other US locations - $92,000 - $127,000** • LaunchDarkly operates from a place of high trust and transparency; we are happy to state the pay range for our open roles to best align with your needs. Responsibilities
• Support the planning, build, and optimization of new logo and customer campaigns that support generation of pipeline and revenue. • Plan the promotional elements of all campaigns, that align campaign messaging across channels, including advertising, paid social, nurture emails, webinars, direct mail, and video. • Map existing content to campaign needs, and work cross-functionally with content and PMM to influence future content plans. • Work closely with channel experts to analyze campaign performance, and recommend optimizations to improve campaign performance. • Work closely with sales teams to enable coordinated execution of outreach efforts between teams. • Work with Revenue Operations to execute repeatable processes across our GTM motion. • Work cross-functionally across marketing teams brand, product marketing, creative, content, project management, and marketing operations to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
