• 5+ years of related professional experience in Marketing, Growth, or Operations, with a focus on user activations • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets, Looker, SFDC) • Demonstrated ability to manage complex, high-visibility projects with cross-functional stakeholders • Experience in B2B marketing or account management, preferably with enterprise clients • Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot) • Familiarity with using AI tools or agents (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, or specialized marketing AI) to automate content versioning, data cleaning, or campaign operations • Experience working within the healthcare ecosystem, particularly with employer-sponsored benefits, EAPs, or health plan activation • Proven experience using structured frameworks (like ICE or RICE) to prioritize, execute, and document A/B tests and marketing experiments • We're serious about your well-being!
