Gymshark - Operations Manager

• Strong understanding of fulfilment, distribution centre (DC) operations, and end-to-end supply chain flows • In-depth knowledge of 3PL operating models, warehouse processes, and performance drivers • Experience managing and influencing third-party logistics providers • Ability to manage peak trading complexity and support operational scalability • Proven capability in analysing KPIs, SLAs, and operational metrics to drive performance improvements • Strong financial acumen, including cost control, labour modelling, and productivity optimisation • Experience evaluating supplier cost bases and service trade-offs • Advanced analytical skills and data-driven decision making • Experience in budgeting and financial planning • Experience within e-commerce or retail operations • Exposure to global supply chains • Strong problem-solving capabilities • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Confidence to challenge and be challenged constructively • Willingness to give and receive effective feedback • Onsite Collaboration: Due to the hands-on and highly collaborative nature of the work within our Supply Chain team, we have a minimum expectation of THREE days per week onsite at our Gymshark HQ.
