Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in backend software development, with a focus on Java and AWS technologies. • Strong experience in building and operating low latency, high scale services in a distributed environment. • Proficient in Java programming, with a deep understanding of its ecosystem and related frameworks. • Knowledge of microservices architecture, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and distributed data systems (Kafka, Clickhouse). • Familiarity with RESTful API design, and a strong understanding of security best practices. • Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven, Gradle) and agile development methodologies. • Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong ability to work independently or as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Responsibilities
• Design and develop scalable, high-performance, low-latency backend services using Java and AWS technologies. • Collaborate with the product management, frontend, and QA teams to define technical requirements for smooth integration of platform components. • Optimize existing services to achieve maximum performance, reliability, and maintainability. • Identify and resolve system bottlenecks ensuring optimal resource utilization and stability. • Implement best practices in code quality, testing, deployment including CI/CD pipelines setup and maintenance. • Monitor backend service health proactively to mitigate potential issues promptly. • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members for their professional growth within the company.
