Requirements

Responsibilities
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies with a focus on outcomes, not just completion • Coach teams toward greater ownership, accountability, and effectiveness • Identify and remove impediments while reinforcing team ownership • Address negative behaviors directly and constructively • Partner with stakeholders to improve clarity, communication, and flow of work • Encourage practical experimentation with Agile and engineering practices • Use AI and modern tools to enhance team effectiveness, insight, and decision-making • Improve team predictability, quality, and continuous improvement • Ensure progress and value delivery are visible to stakeholders • Contribute to a high-trust, collaborative, and accountable team environment
