Requirements
• 5+ years of product management experience in Cards Issuance, and stablecoin payments • Proven experience building and scaling financial products from 0 to 1 in a high-growth environment • Strong technical acumen – ability to work closely with engineering teams and understand API-driven products • Deep understanding of card issuance, payment processing, Crypto/Stablecoin payments, or banking-as-a-service (BaaS) models • Ability to thrive in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with execution • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills – ability to work with both internal teams and external partners • Nice-To-Haves • Experience working with legal, compliance, risk, and regulatory frameworks in fintech is a plus • Hands-on experience in creating Stablecoin based solutions with technology partners. • Your Manager • Rasik Krishna - Senior Director, Product Management
