1password - Senior BPM, Developer Experience Programs

• 5+ years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs in a technical organization, especially where decisions are shared across multiple stakeholders. • Background in developer experience, developer productivity, engineering effectiveness, internal platform programs, technical program management, or a related function. • Familiarity with AI-accelerated development workflows, and an understanding of the tools, adoption patterns, and measurement challenges that come with them. • Working familiarity with developer productivity and developer experience measurement frameworks (DORA, SPACE, DX Core 4, or similar), and a point of view on where they help and where they fall short. • Ability to design evaluation frameworks, structure pilots, and turn mixed quantitative and qualitative inputs into clear recommendations. • Strong judgment in ambiguous environments.
