Requirements
• 8+ years of quota-carrying experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development roles with US Public Sector focus partners. • Proven experience working with hyperscalers, technology alliances, and system integrators to exceed pipeline and ARR goals. • Demonstrated ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology • A track record of overachievement and hitting sales targets, Including: Partner Sourced Revenue, Partner Influenced Revenue and Partner closed ARR. • Skilled in building business champions and running a complex sales process • Previous Sales Methodology training (e.g. MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales) • Familiarity with databases and AI technologies is desired. • Driven and competitive. Possess a strong desire to be successful • Skilled in managing time and resources; sound approach to qualifying opportunities • Possess aptitude to learn quickly and establish credibility. High EQ and self-aware • Passionate about growing your career in the largest market in software (database) • Strong understanding of the Data and AI market dynamics and partner ecosystems. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. • Ability to work independently and drive results in a fast-paced environment. • Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. • Willingness to travel as required to meet with partners and attend events. • The annual on target earnings range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This range is an estimate, and the actual on target earnings may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. • In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence. • Annual On Target Earnings Range • $230,000 - $290,000 USD
Responsibilities
• Build and ship features related to index, constraint and schema • Evolve vector search capabilities to support graph, similarity search and Gen AI use cases • Design and optimise the indexing subsystem to support complex graph queries and a variety of workloads • Write high-quality, testable, and efficient code • Work with real-world scale and performance challenges • Work together with our product managers to help set the roadmap for the work in the index area going forward. • Promote new ideas, take an active part in feature discussions and roadmap prioritization • Integrate research and technologies into the database core • “Do what you want days” to work on your own product enhancements and integrations • You have an interest in how indexes in databases work • You are proficient in algorithm development in general. • You are proficient in Java or a C-style programming language • You are humble. Being able to discuss ideas and challenge each other to build better solutions together • You have good communication skills and a sense of humour! • You may also have experience and interest in the following: • Multi-threaded systems • Performance profiling and optimisation • Database management systems • Large codebases
