• Researching and building blockchain protocols, modules, technologies and algorithms • Preparation of detailed design documents and testing strategies according to requirements • Promoting technical experience sharing within the team • Support the community through the best communications and documentation • Your Craft • Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field • 1–5 years of work experience, with design and development experience in blockchain, distributed systems, or related areas • Strong foundation in algorithms and data structures, with the ability to quickly conduct POC (Proof of Concept) development and validation • Proficient in programming languages such as Go and Rust; highly skilled in smart contract development using Solidity • Extensive experience in cryptography and blockchain, familiar with mainstream blockchain platforms and their core algorithms • Experience contributing to or developing on open-source blockchain projects (e.g., Ethereum, Solana, Optimism) is preferred • Fluent in Bilingual - English and Chinese • 计算机科学、软件工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历 • 1~5年工作年限, 区块链、分布式等领域的设计开发经验 • 精通算法、数据结构，能快速进行POC开发论证 • 熟练掌握Go、Rust等编程语言，精通智能合约Solidity • 在密码学、区块链等领域有丰富经验，熟悉blockchain主流平台及核心算法 • 对区块链的开源项目（Ethereum、Solana、Optimism...）有开发经验的优先 • 能快速阅读英文论文与资料，有较强的研究能力和自我驱动力 • Extra Credit • Existing track record of R&D and execution of open source projects on known blockchain platforms such as Ethereum/Cosmos/OP or ZK Rollup is a great plus.
