Requirements
• 8+ years of experience in product commercialization, payments, fintech, sponsor banking, embedded finance, operations, program management, or related field. • Hands-on experience launching, scaling, or operationalizing bank products, payment capabilities, or partner-led financial services programs. • Experience with Visa Direct, Mastercard Send, push-to-card, payouts, disbursements, or comparable Faster Payments capabilities strongly preferred. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience; Master’s degree preferred. • Strong understanding of bank program operations and partner ecosystems, including processors, networks, fintech platforms, program managers, and sponsor bank models. • Ability to build product documentation including standards, guidelines, training materials, commercialization standards, business cases, launch materials, and governance-ready recommendations. • Proven ability to lead through influence, manage cross-functional dependencies, and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders. • The responsibilities listed above are not all inclusive and may be changed at any time.
