Requirements
• We’re looking for someone who’s ready to make an impact and grow alongside us. You are a hands-on problem-solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment. • Experience: 6+ years of experience building out operations for design and/or product teams • Skills: You are exceptional at prioritization and distilling complex processes or problems into their simplest form, rolling out changes iteratively, and ensuring projects stay on time and on task. • Technical Acumen: You have a deep understanding of product development lifecycles and agile methodologies. In addition to a competitive base salary, total compensation may include equity and/or variable pay (OTE). Responsibilities
• Process Optimization: Actively create, improve, and document scalable, agile processes to ensure our design and product teams are aligned and operating at an excellent rhythm. • Process Optimization: • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the connective tissue between design, product, engineering, data, and executive leadership to facilitate communication, align on project timelines, and identify opportunities for increased efficiency. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: • Operational Excellence: Partner with stakeholders to identify and resolve operational roadblocks, streamlining workflows to help design and product teams deliver as much as they can. • Operational Excellence: • Feedback & Communication: Provide excellent communication to the broader business on product updates and release timelines. Gather product signals from customer-facing teams and external sources to help inform product strategy. • Feedback & Communication: • All things data: Customer behavior, sentiment and conversion are all critical data points to building the best possible product. Centralize and operationalize product data to inform our roadmaps and product strategy. • All things data: • Tool & System Administration: Act as a subject matter expert for our design tools (e.g., Jira, Figma, Asana), providing support and ensuring they are configured to enable efficient workflows. • Tool & System Administration:
