Requirements
• A track record designing and delivering platforms or internal products that other teams depend on • Deep experience running workloads in Kubernetes and public cloud (AWS) • Solid Linux and networking fundamentals • Fluency in at least one programming or scripting language • Fluency using AI tools for daily engineering work, with experience running AI workloads in production • A strong sense of ownership. You take responsibility for outcomes and proactively step into gaps • A collaborative approach that prioritizes team success over individual heroism, with clear stakeholder communication • Comfort leading through architecture, code, and influence rather than formal people management • Experience treating security as an engineering capability, e.g. CI/CD vulnerability gates or SOC 2 / ISO 27001 compliance (desirable)
