Requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in mechanical or aerospace engineering with a proven track record of designing and building complex systems. • Advanced competency in first-principles engineering, including thermofluids (heat/mass transfer), FEA, CFD, and analytical modeling using Python. • Extensive hands-on workshop experience with a DFM/DFA mindset, capable of bridging the gap between digital CAD design and physical hardware fabrication. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Lead concept generation, architecting, and technical requirements capture for next-generation synthetic fuel plant modules using SolidWorks. • Design and commission bespoke test-rigs to rapidly validate underlying thermofluid hypotheses and iterate on hardware performance. • Manage the entire production lifecycle, from generating fabrication drawings to hands-on assembly and integration within the onsite workshop.
