Requirements

• A Talent Acquisition leader with 12+ years of experience, including 10+ years leading teams in high-growth tech environments or multinational organizations. • Experienced in scaling teams and supporting regional or international expansion, with a proven track record of building the teams that enable growth in new markets. • A collaborative leader who is passionate about developing and empowering high-performing teams that deliver real business impact. • A confident communicator who can partner with C-level stakeholders and influence decisions at all levels. • Curious and analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionable hiring strategies. • Energized by fast-paced, evolving environments, able to balance multiple priorities while keeping teams focused and motivated. • Fluent in both English and French, with additional European languages considered a strong plus. • English and French • We recognize that individuals approach job applications differently.
