Requirements
- Business & Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Designers, Backend Engineers, and business teams to deeply understand workflows and translate complex business requirements into intuitive, high-quality frontend solutions.
- Platform & Frontend Architecture: Design and build reusable component libraries, internal frameworks, and frontend infrastructure to support large-scale SaaS and CRM systems used across multiple teams.
- CRM & Internal Systems Development: Lead the development of enterprise-level CRM and internal management tools for high-value clients and institutional partners. Model complex workflows, permissions, and data relationships into scalable frontend solutions.
- AI & Intelligent Features: Participate in the design and implementation of AI-powered features such as conversational interfaces (Copilots), intelligent workflows, and data insights to improve operational efficiency and decision-making.
- Application Development: Build performant, maintainable web applications compatible with modern desktop and mobile browsers using clean and well-structured code.
- Performance & Quality: Optimize frontend performance for large data volumes and complex UIs. Ensure high delivery quality, system stability, and predictable release timelines.
- 5+ years of frontend development experience, with strong expertise in React.js.
- Solid foundation in JavaScript (ES6+) and modern frontend best practices.
- Proficient in TypeScript, with experience building scalable and maintainable applications.
- Strong understanding of component-based architecture, state management, and React Hooks.
- Hands-on experience with frontend performance optimization, such as code splitting, lazy loading, virtualization, and caching.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling and workflows (e.g. Webpack, Babel, ESLint).
- Strong sense of code quality, maintainability, and long-term system design.
- Experience building enterprise SaaS platforms, CRM systems, or internal management tools.
- Exposure to AI or LLM integrations (e.g. AI Copilots, workflow automation, intelligent insights).
- Experience working with complex business workflows, permission systems, or multi-role platforms.
- Ability to communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a high-performance frontend application that provides an intuitive user experience across various devices while ensuring responsiveness and accessibility standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the frontend components, focusing on creating seamless integration points between backend services and UI elements.
- Implement best practices in web development such as progressive enhancement, responsive design principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), performance optimization techniques like lazy loading of images/videos, code splitting for faster load times, etc.
- Conduct thorough testing across different browsers, devices and operating systems to ensure compatibility and consistent user experience using automated tools as well as manual exploratory testing methods where necessary. ✅
- Monitor application performance in production environments utilizing various monitoring tools (e.g., New Relic) for identifying bottlenecks or issues that may affect the end users' experiences, taking corrective actions to resolve them promptly and efficiently. ✅
- Stay updated with emerging web technologies such as CSS Grid Layouts, Web Components, Service Workers etc., evaluate their applicability in enhancing user experience on Binance platform, documenting findings for team discussions or presentations when required. ✅
- Participate actively in code reviews and pair programming sessions to maintain high coding standards within the development team while also providing mentorship opportunities where possible. ✅
- Attend regular meetings with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, design) for discussing project updates or changes that may impact frontend workload; provide input and feedback based on technical expertise to ensure alignment of business goals with user experience objectives. ✅
- Contribute actively in team retrospectives by sharing constructive insights into the development process (e.g., tools, practices) used for improving efficiency or quality control measures while also suggesting areas where further improvements can be made based on personal experiences and industry trends observed over time. ✅
- Engage with external stakeholders such as clients/partners to understand their expectations regarding the frontend application's look, feel, functionality etc., translating these requirements into technical specifications while ensuring they align with Binance platform standards for consistency and branding purposes across all touchpoints. ✅
- Provide training or workshops on relevant web development topics (e.g., accessibility best practices) to team members when requested, sharing knowledge gained from personal experience as well as industry resources available in the marketplace while also encouraging continuous learning within the organization for skill enhancement and professional growth opportunities. ✅
