Responsibilities
• Build the network: Identify and recruit the right members. Maintain a high bar for who joins and why. • Design high-impact experiences: Run in-person and virtual sessions that drive meaningful participation and repeat engagement. • Turn conversation into insight: Capture what matters and synthesize it into clear themes and takeaways. • Run the system: Own the community platform, communications, and day-to-day operations. • Drive internal leverage: Share those insights across marketing, sales, product, and strategy to inform decisions and action. • WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE • A trusted, highly engaged network of senior leaders • Consistent participation and repeat attendance • Insights that influence go-to-market and strategic decisions • Strong, direct relationships with key operators • Clear impact on brand, strategic accounts, and pipeline
