HeliosX - Accounts Payable Coordinator
Requirements
• Experienced user of Excel / GoogleSheet capable of vlookup’s, pivot tables, sumifs, etc. Also the ability to present data in a practical and neat manner to various stakeholders. • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Strong communication and organisational skills
Responsibilities
• Manage bank accounts across group including posting and reconciling, ensuring all transactions are recorded and categorised accurately • Ensure payments are made in accordance with company policies and vendor terms • Manage and maintain purchase ledger and dealing with supplier queries • Processing invoices in a timely manner also reaching out to suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve any invoicing issues • Company credit card/employee expenses posting and reconciliations • Build supplier relationships and ensure statement recs are performed on a regular basis • Maintain meticulous filing systems • Creating efficiencies & process improvements within the accounting department
