Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, or related field preferred. • 2–5 years of experience in HR operations, HRIS support, HR technology, or related HR functions. • Experience working with HR systems such as UKG and/or Lattice preferred. • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage data accurately and confidentially. • Proficiency in Excel and comfort working with reports and HR data. • Strong organizational, communication (oral and written), and problem-solving skills. • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Experience supporting HR processes such as performance management or employee data management is a plus. • We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses. Responsibilities

• HR Systems Support • Provide day-to-day support for HR systems, including UKG and Lattice, by assisting with system maintenance, troubleshooting, and user support. • Assist with HR technology enhancements, implementations, and process improvement initiatives, including discovery, testing, documentation, and coordination activities. • Support employee data updates and maintain data accuracy across HR systems. • Performance Management Support • Partner with HRBPs to administer performance review cycles in Lattice. • Support review cycle launches, communications, scheduling, and compliance throughout each phase of the process. • Lead Lattice trainings/info sessions. • Reporting & Data Management • Develop and deliver ad hoc HR reports, alerts and metrics using UKG/Lattice People Analytics, Excel, or other reporting tools. • Conduct regular data audits to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Support ongoing compliance reporting initiatives. • Serve as a point of contact for HRIS and performance management related questions and user support requests. • Provide guidance to employees, managers, and HR team members on HR system processes and functionality. • Create and maintain user guides, process documentation, and SharePoint site content to support a strong self-service culture.
