Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Product Owner role specifically within a B2B SaaS environment. • Proven track record in agile delivery using Jira/Confluence, with the ability to turn high-ambiguity user problems into actionable development items. • Thrives in a fast-paced, high-autonomy startup setting and possesses the judgment to balance deep thinking with the need to ship fast. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Own the end-to-end requirements process by writing high-quality user stories and epics with measurable success metrics and clear acceptance criteria. • Partner with the Delivery Manager and founders to manage the product backlog, facilitating agile rituals like grooming and sprint planning. • Analyze user behavior across legal personas to identify friction points and conduct impact analysis for new features using product data.
