Field Deployment Engineer

• 3+ years of experience supporting technology deployed on heavy equipment, construction machinery, mining trucks, or similar off-road vehicles • Prior experience working in the mining/construction industry • Hands-on experience with field installations, including wiring harnesses, sensors, ECUs, power systems, and vehicle interfaces • Experience deploying and supporting software systems in production or customer environments • Strong troubleshooting skills across hardware, software, electrical, and networking domains • Comfortable working in active construction or industrial environments • Ability to work independently, own outcomes, and make sound technical decisions in the field • Strong communication skills and comfort acting as the primary customer-facing engineer • Willingness to be based on-site in Louisiana for extended periods • Background in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, robotics, or related technical fields • Prior work in autonomous vehicle development domains • Familiarity with CAN, Ethernet, vehicle diagnostics, and logging tools • Experience working with Linux-based systems in the field • Compensation at Applied Intuition for eligible roles includes base salary, equity, and benefits.
