Requirements

• Preferably have a level 5 CIPD qualification, or the equivalent experience • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to challenge constructively • Excellent coaching and advisory skills for supporting managers and leaders • Strong knowledge of employee relations, UK employment law, and HR best practice • Great project management skills with the ability to prioritise and deliver multiple initiatives • Experience of managing/ administering ‘Bob’ HRIS • Experience working in a scale-up company • Lightcast Discovery is committed to equal employment opportunity.
