Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a technical pre-sales or solution engineering role, preferably in DevOps or infrastructure software. • 1–2 years of experience in a team lead or management capacity. • Fluency in French preferred. • Strong understanding of DevOps practices and tools. • Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities • Basic understanding of sales forecasting and pipeline management • Ability to adapt to quick changing environments • All employees are expected to demonstrate AI fluency appropriate to their role and level, including responsible use of AI tools, sound judgment, and adherence to company AI governance and security policy standards. • Come work with us! Responsibilities

• Pre-sales solution consulting, providing guidance and managing technical engagements with customers and industry partners. • Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Sales Engineers. • Provide technical guidance, performance feedback, and career development support. • Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training new Sales Engineers. • Support the sales team in complex, high-value deals by delivering technical presentations, product demos, proof-of-concepts, and RFP responses. • Act as a technical escalation point for SEs during customer engagements. • Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to relay customer feedback and influence roadmap decisions. • Track and report on SE metrics and KPIs (e.g., win rate, demo success, time to POC). • Continuously improve pre-sales processes, tooling, and methodologies.
