Requirements
• 4–6+ years of experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or demand generation • Proven ability to own a project management tool and drive team adoption and accountability • Strong cross-functional communicator who closes the loop without being asked • Enough marketing fluency to make smart execution calls independently — and clear on when to escalate • Builder mindset — energized by designing processes, not just following them • Growth-oriented contributor who brings strategic instincts to the table — proactively flagging opportunities to optimize timing, approaches, and build bigger-picture outcomes. • Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with some ambiguity, adjusting to business changes and challenges with flexibility • Experience with tools like Asana, Marketo, Tableau, Claude, ChatGPT, or other efficiency tools a plus • The annual base salary range for this position based in the United States is listed below. This salary range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on Neo4j’s compensation practices, job related skills, depth of experience, relevant certifications and trainings, in addition to geographic location. Based on the factors above, Neo4j utilizes the full width of the range. • In addition to the range below, US employees are eligible for a stock option grant and certain roles are eligible for an annual bonus. Employees in this position are also eligible to participate in the Company’s standard benefit programs, which currently include the following: medical, dental, and vision benefits, 401(k), paid time off, and certain leaves of absence.
Responsibilities
• We are recruiting for all levels of the Cypher stack, from parsing and semantic analysis to query planning, optimization and execution; as well as identity & access management and handling of procedure framework and database schema & administration. • The development is done in Scala and Java, and there will be possibilities to work in areas ranging from language design to advanced algorithms, concurrent programming, and mastering the JVM internals. • You will be working in an international environment with colleagues mainly in Sweden and the UK, but also elsewhere in Europe. The teams (5-7 engineers) are self-organised and set up their own ways of working, within the guidelines of the overall ways of working in Engineering. As an engineer, you have a lot of freedom in how you carry out the tasks ahead of you. • A Master of Science in Computer Science or similar experience • Knowledge in Java or Scala (or a similar language) • Experience of Databases • Experience of secure development practices, and writing security sensitive code • Familiarity with Agile development processes • Strong analytical skills and a drive to solve complex, non-trivial problems requiring deep algorithmic thinking and first-principles reasoning
