Requirements
• 1-5 years of experience in a partner operations, customer operations, revenue operations, or OEM support role, ideally in SaaS or data-driven environments. • Strong comfort working with usage data, reporting, and metrics, with a high bar for accuracy and clarity. • Familiarity with commercial workflows such as contracts, invoicing, renewals, or SLAs (hands-on negotiation not required). • Proven ability to manage processes end-to-end with strong attention to detail and follow-through. • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with Product and GTM teams in fast-moving environments. • Clear, professional written and verbal communication suitable for partner-facing interactions. • High ownership, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguity while building structure.
Responsibilities
• Own the accuracy and completeness of partner data, including commercial terms, API usage, and reporting cadence. • Produce and deliver regular partner usage reports, proactively resolving discrepancies and ensuring a high bar for data quality. • Support management of existing partner contracts, including usage validation, invoice reconciliation, and coordination with Finance. • Enable partner trust and retention through reliable reporting, early risk identification, and consistent operational follow-through. • Reduce operational burden on senior partnerships leaders by streamlining reporting, admin, and GTM support work. • Surface structured partner feedback and usage insights to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and improvements. • Help build and refine standardized onboarding, reporting, and operational playbooks to support partner scale.
