Requirements

• Active and unrestricted NP/PA licenses in multi-states including CA, TX, and/or PA.5+ years of clinical experience. • 2+ years experience in telehealth with high proficiency with EMRs & communication tools. • Strong foundation in preventive and lifestyle-focused care including management of weight, hypertension, diabetes. • Experience with GLP-1s.Excellent communication skills and empathy-driven clinical approach. • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced startup environment—you thrive in ambiguity and enjoy building systems and processes from the ground up.
