Requirements
• ● You have 5+ years of experience building backend systems in production environments● You have experience designing systems that require low latency and high throughput● You are familiar with cloud infrastructure, including AWS services● You have experience working with relational databases such as MySQL● You have worked on trading systems or other distributed systems where performance and reliability are critical● You communicate clearly and approach problems with a structured, solution-oriented mindset● You understand crypto derivatives markets, including perpetual futures and their trading lifecycle
Responsibilities
• ● Design and build backend services that support derivatives trading, including order processing and execution workflows● Improve system latency and throughput by analyzing performance bottlenecks and implementing targeted optimizations● Maintain and enhance systems that support trading accuracy, including data consistency and risk-related processes● Work with product, infrastructure, and security teams to support new contract launches and platform expansion● Monitor system performance and reliability, using metrics to guide improvements in stability and data integrity
