Responsibilities

• Support execution of lifecycle campaigns across email, push, and in-app channels • Perform QA on campaign content, segmentation, personalization, and tracking • Maintain campaign calendars and organized documentation • Track and report on key lifecycle metrics (open rate, CTR, CVR, retention, churn) • Maintain structured reporting templates and dashboards • Support audience segmentation and analyze engagement trends across lifecycle stages • Assist in A/B testing, document experiments, and contribute optimization ideas • SKILLS, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE WE LOOK FOR • Strong learning agility and ability to pick up new tools and workflows quickly • High attention to detail in execution and data accuracy • Clear, structured thinking with ability to interpret basic performance data • Comfortable working with spreadsheets and structured data • Curiosity about user behavior, funnels, and growth • Ability to commit full-time or at least 3 days/week for a minimum of 3 months • Lifecycle marketing fundamentals and funnel thinking • CRM platform operations (e.g. Braze, Klaviyo, or similar tools) • Campaign performance analysis and experimentation frameworks • Segmentation strategy and behavioral targeting • How lifecycle programs drive retention, conversion, and user LTV
