Requirements
• You are highly analytical, with strong financial modelling and problem-solving skills. • You enjoy tackling complex, ambiguous problems and turning data into clear recommendations. • You think strategically, challenge assumptions, and bring fresh ideas to the table. • You are commercially minded and understand how financial decisions drive business performance. • You build strong relationships and can communicate complex ideas clearly to stakeholders at all levels. • You thrive in fast-paced environments and take ownership of delivering high-impact work. • You are qualified or part-qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA), or have equivalent experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or a related analytical role. • OUR INTERVIEW PROCESS • 1. Responsibilities
• Lead financial modelling, scenario planning, and strategic analysis to support business growth initiatives to identify risks and capitalise on UK and international growth opportunities. • Partner with senior stakeholders across commercial, delivery, and operational teams to provide financial insight that informs key business decisions. • Analyse pricing strategies, customer profitability, and commercial performance to identify opportunities for sustainable revenue growth. • Monitor key business and financial metrics, identifying trends and delivering actionable recommendations to improve efficiency and profitability • Support executive leadership with financial analysis, business cases, and strategic decision-making. • Drive continuous improvement in financial reporting, forecasting processes, and data analytics capabilities through automation and technology.
