• You will have an analytical degree in the fields of maths, science, economics, engineering, finance, operations, or research. • An understanding of wholesale power markets, power market analysis, regulation, and market design, gained in the Asian markets. • You are passionate about energy and energy decarbonisation. • You are comfortable in building and handling financial models and conducting financial analysis. • You are comfortable in handling data and numerical analysis. • You have demonstrated aptitude and appetite for using analysis to solve client problems, and clarity in explaining methods and concepts. • You are personable and professional, with excellent communication and presentation skills. • You are an effective team player. • You will preferably have energy sector experience – this is desirable however skills are more important than knowledge. • What a career at Baringa will give you • Putting People First. • Baringa is a People First company and wellbeing is at the forefront of our culture.
