Gravie - Configuration Analyst

• 2+ years of experience in claims processing, benefit configuration, or related healthcare operations • Knowledge/experience with level-funded plan designs. • Understanding of benefit plans, accumulators, and basic adjudication concepts • Ability to set priorities, manage time, and work independently • Demonstrated success getting results through collaboration • Knowledge/experience with level-funded plan designs • Familiarity with claims processing systems, particularly Javelina • Understanding of CPT/HCPCS coding systems and claim payment logic • In order to transform health insurance and build a health plan everyone can love, we need talented people doing amazing work.
