Requirements
• 3-5 years of Product Management experience with a proven track record of shipping AI/ML features into live customer environments. • Technical credibility in generative AI, with a deep understanding of LLM fundamentals, model evaluation, and building systematic feedback flywheels. • A proactive self-starter who uses AI tools in their daily workflow and thrives in zero-to-one, ambiguous environments. • Who are Jack & Jill? • Ok, I'll go first. Responsibilities
• Lead AI features from discovery through production, defining critical success metrics for accuracy, hallucination thresholds, and compliance. • Partner with engineering on technical architecture decisions, including RAG implementations, prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and monitoring frameworks. • Collaborate with Risk & Compliance to establish governance and guardrails for deploying AI systems within a regulated financial environment.
