Requirements
• 3-5 years work experience at a VC-backed startup, management consulting, banking or private equity firm (bonus if the role had an analytical focus), MBA a plus • Strong analytical & communication skills, comfortable with ambiguity and context-switching, a quick learner, drives work independently • Strong organizational skills, experience leading complex projects with limited guidance • Enthusiastic about becoming an expert in topics related to the future of financial services, fraud & identity • High-level communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills • Ability to present ideas in a clear, user-friendly way • Attention to detail • Technical skills: you should be a pro with Google docs, sheets & slides; proficiency with SQL and/or Python a plus • Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must live in the United States
Responsibilities
• Your specific responsibilities will depend on the role you are aligned to, but you will be expected to take ownership of complex, high-impact problems and drive them from definition through execution. • Example areas of ownership include: • Leading strategic and operational initiatives (Strategy & Operations) • Owning key metrics, analyses, and business insights (Solutions Analytics) • Driving product and go-to-market efforts for new initiatives (Product/PGTML/GTM Engineering) • Managing cross-functional product development and execution (Product Management) • Designing AI-driven workflows and operational processes (AI Process and Strategy) • Building and scaling growth and revenue strategies (Growth/GTM)
Benefits
