IT & Security Engineer

• We are a small, exceptionally talented team building something ambitious. Every system we run needs to be as lean and well-designed as the product we ship to customers. We do not want someone who treats IT as a support function. We want someone who treats it as engineering. • 3–6 years of hands-on IT experience in a corporate or startup environment • Device management experience, Mac fleet and Google Workspace administration • Comfort owning user onboarding, offboarding, and SaaS access management end to end • Security and compliance awareness, and the discipline to build repeatable processes around it • Preferred haves: • ISO 27001 or SOC 2 Type 2 involvement, either through a certification or day-to-day compliance work • Experience handling security questionnaires from enterprise customers • Customer-facing SSO configuration experience (SAML/OIDC) • Experience working as a sole IT operator at a startup • Familiarity with identity and access management tooling
