Requirements

• Proven track record of developing and executing successful advertising campaigns, particularly in digital channels (paid search, social media advertising, etc.). • Strong knowledge of various media platforms, particularly social. • Experience in full-funnel marketing activation, with an understanding of how each part of the funnel contributes to overall campaign success. • Familiarity with marketing analytics tools and platforms (e.g., Nielsen, DOMO, PowerBI) to track and measure campaign performance and ROI. • Familiarity with AI solutions, including but not limited to ChatGPT and Claude. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (marketing, creative, sales, etc.). • Experience in project management, with the ability to juggle multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Knowledge of the small domestic appliance industry is a plus. • Strong data analysis skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for campaign optimization. • A creative mindset and passion for developing engaging, innovative advertising • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. • Experience with media agency management and execution • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Strong interpersonal and team management skills. • Our Culture • At SharkNinja, we don’t just raise the bar—we push past it every single day.  Our Outrageously Extraordinary mindset drives us to tackle the impossible, push boundaries, and deliver results that others only dream of. Responsibilities

• Leading Day-to-Day Media Management • Provide guidance and governance to our distributor media team in the region, working collaboratively to deliver media strategies aligned with brand objectives and commercial goals for the Middle East region. • Own the full funnel media strategy, defining campaign media objectives, aligning plans to commercial targets, setting budgets, and ensure alignment with overall marketing and sales strategies. • Partner with internal stakeholders including; DTC, Marketplaces, Retail, Social, Marketing, IMC, Commercial and FP&A. • Champion a full-funnel media approach, connecting brand and performance activation, working closely with performance teams to ensure insights, learning and optimisation opportunities are embedded across campaigns. • Bring local nuance and consumer insight into media planning, working with internal teams, distributor teams, and agency. • Oversee accurate and timely reporting of media campaign performance, ensuring that key metrics and insights are shared with relevant stakeholders (e.g., Data team, IMC team). • Oversee media investment and agency delivery across channels including social, digital and video. • Use marketing analytics tools to measure campaign performance, optimize ROI, and identify areas for improvement. • Analyze complex data and translate insights into actionable recommendations that are accessible and understandable for the wider business. • Stay updated on the latest advertising trends and technologies, recommending new media opportunities to enhance the effectiveness of future campaigns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with media vendors and agencies to ensure successful campaign execution and continuous improvement.
