Requirements

Responsibilities
• Client Enablement & Webinar Delivery (70-80% of time) • Take center stage by leading dynamic live webinars for the users of our Fortune 500 clients, helping them unlock the full value of our products • Deliver engaging, thoughtful training sessions that leave participants inspired and equipped to succeed • Follow up with participants to offer additional support and tailored resources • Consistently achieve high satisfaction scores and drive strong engagement across all sessions • Program Operations (20-30% of time) • Oversee team operational needs to ensure seamless execution of all enablement programs • Monitor and analyze webinar, call, and training metrics to optimize outcomes and improve experiences • Design and customize impactful training materials to address diverse user needs and continuously elevate our learning initiatives
