Requirements

We partner closely with adjacent product and engineering groups that own the application layer of Runners, and we work asynchronously across regions with engineering, product, and go-to-market stakeholders. • Guide product strategy and roadmap definition for Hosted Runners as a SaaS platform offering for GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated, aligning delivery to roadmap milestones and increasing adoption against defined product goals. • Guide • Partner with the engineering manager and engineering team to prioritize platform capabilities, operational requirements, and service readiness to support reliable launches and improve service performance against agreed reliability targets. • Partner • Define product requirements for how runners execute pipeline jobs across customer workloads, with attention to compute, containers, and related infrastructure needs, improving reliability, scalability, and adoption across supported use cases. • Define • Shape pricing and packaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners, helping connect product direction to business value and support revenue growth objectives. • Shape • Work with go-to-market teams on customer conversations, deal-related questions, and product positioning for hosted runner offerings, improving field readiness and customer clarity in current sales cycles. • Work with • Work across product and platform teams to clarify ownership between the application layer of Runners and the platform layer that delivers the service, reducing delivery friction and speeding cross-team alignment. • Contribute to launch planning and ongoing iteration for dedicated and SaaS runner experiences, helping deliver releases that meet launch readiness expectations and drive ready customer adoption. • Contribute to • Communicate product trade-offs, priorities, and progress clearly to stakeholders across engineering, product, and commercial teams to maintain alignment and accelerate decision-making on roadmap priorities. • Communicate
