Requirements
- 6-10+ years of product management experience, with deep knowledge in personal loans
- Strong understanding of lending funnels, including application flows, qualification logic, approval/decline UX, and second-look strategies
- Demonstrated success optimizing consumer conversion funnels with clear revenue impact
- Strong data fluency; comfortable working with segmentation, conversion metrics, funnel branching, and financial performance KPIs
- Experience building consumer financial products across mobile and web
- Ability to balance customer empathy with business performance
- Experience operating in white-label or vendor-integrated environments
- Drive and proactivity - everyone here is a builder and executor
