• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with focus on process equipment• Minimum 8–10 years of experience within environmental infrastructure projects, preferably water or wastewater treatment• Middle East project experience is mandatory• Exposure to European suppliers or projects is considered an asset • Technical Expertise • Strong knowledge of wastewater treatment equipment and plant operations• Experience with tendering, BOQ preparation, cost estimation, and supplier coordination• Strong understanding of mechanical systems used in water and wastewater treatment facilities• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary engineering interfaces • Strong analytical and coordination skills• Practical and delivery-focused engineering mindset• Ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary project teams• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills• Fluent in English; Hindi or Arabic is considered an asset
